EDS provides consultation, assistance, and basic translation support for customers who need help with procedures at the Driver’s License Center, including document preparation, submission guidance, and on-site assistance.

Total Fee: ¥ 16,500 (tax included)
Deposit of ¥ 5,500 is required.
Remaining Balance: ¥11,000 to be paid on the day of assistance to the assigned consultant

Meeting Location:
The meeting place will be decided in advance. In most cases, the customer and consultant will meet directly at the Driver’s License Center.
Depending on the Driver’s License Center location, an additional transportation fee may apply.
Booking and Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of ¥5,500 is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled assistance date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the schedule, or on the same day, are non-refundable and 100% of the service fee may apply.
