Service Description
1. Provide consultation, assistance, and translator. 2. Assist at Driver's License Center. 3. Assist with document preparation. 4. The total transportation fee in excess of 2,000 yen will be shouldered by the customer (Not applicable for Course Plan holder). Place of meeting to be decided. Usually, meet up at the Driver's License Center.
Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy: We have a "NO REFUND" policy after 14 days from the payment date or if the scheduled lesson is less than 48 hours, whichever comes first. A "FULL REFUND" can be issued within a week to a month, if it does NOT fall from the above statement. Refund charge fee, if applicable, is to be handled by the client, Please understand about this. However, you can request to reschedule your lesson anytime, even after the 14 days period from the payment date, OR before the plan expires. Just be reminded of the cancellation policy. For schedule"s cancellation or for rescheduling, please contact us at least more than 48 hours in advance before the scheduled practice to avoid being charged. More than 48 hours: Free of charge Less than 48hours: 50% (50 minutes session) Less than 24 hours: 100% (100 minutes session)
